Halloween 2023 (until 21 Nov)
Halloween has come to Niflheim! Jakk was carving pumpkins for the festival, put a little too much magic in them, and now Runaway Jakks are loose all over the Kingdom of the Dead. Help him, earn 
Halloween Coins every day and trade them for costumes, a pet evolution and a lucky reward box.

Limited time. At midnight after 21 November every event NPC disappears. Your coins and costumes stay, but unfinished Halloween quests are removed from your quest window. Spend your coins before the end!
How to start
- Talk to
Hororong in Prontera (161, 97), Payon (195, 101) or Morocc (170, 96). He takes you straight to Niflheim. You can also walk to Niflheim and talk to the Hororong there (172, 242). - Hororong sends you to
Jakk, right next to him (175, 244). Listen to his story, then go back to Hororong. - Main quest: defeat 10 Runaway Jakks and bring Hororong 10
Pumpkin Decorations and 20 
Dried White Stems. Reward: 1 Coin + 30 
Cookie Bats.
Runaway Jakks live in Niflheim town and in Skellington (Niflheim field). They don't attack first. Every Runaway Jakk drops 1 Pumpkin Decoration + 2 Dried White Stems, so you collect the quest items just by hunting. Press Alt+U to see the kill count in your quest window — party members on the same screen get credit too.Side quests (once per character)
Finish all five to unlock the daily quests.

The special costumes
- Costume Soul Silk — during the event: +15% physical and magic damage against Demon, Undead, Angel and Formless monsters, and Cookie Bats heal +300%.
- Costume One Eyed Jack — during the event: +15% damage against Demon, Undead and Angel, Cookie Bats heal +250%, and a 1% chance per kill for each Trans Candy.
- All costumes keep their look forever; the bonuses stop when the event ends.
Scatleton → Skelion
The Scatleton from Finding Jakk's Cat is a real pet: it eats Fresh Fish and wears the Red Bell Necklace. Once it is Loyal it can evolve into 
Skelion with 100 Cookie Bats + 100 Yummy Meat + 2 Memory of Gyol (see Pet Evolution). Skelion's accessory is the Dark Mane.
Plan ahead: the Jakk daily gives 10 Yummy Meat and 40 Cookie Bats come from the dailies every day, and 2 Memory of Gyol cost 30 Coins — very doable within the event.
Tips
- Hunt Runaway Jakks before taking the item quests — you'll already have the Decorations and Stems.
- Niflheim's other monsters are much stronger than the Runaway Jakks. Stay near town until you are comfortable.
- About 3 weeks of dailies gives enough coins for almost the whole shop. Leftover coins? Open boxes for the Kachua's Lucky Key.
