Donations & Cash Points
Donations are completely optional. They help keep PronteraFree running, and as a thank-you you get Cash Points to spend in the in-game Cash Shop. PronteraFree is built around fair play: there is no pay to win.

Step 1 — Donate on the website
- Log in to your PronteraFree account on this website.
- Open Donations → Make a Donation and choose your amount.
- Click Donate. You're taken to Stripe, a secure payment page, to pay by card. PronteraFree never sees your card details.
- When the payment is done you come back to a Thank you page that shows your donation's status live.
Step 2 — Check your donation
Open Donations → My Donations to see every donation and exactly where it is:

| Paid — confirming | Stripe received your payment; we're adding your credits. Usually under a minute. |
| Waiting for payment | You didn't finish paying on Stripe. Nothing was charged. |
| Paid — retrying / Paid — staff will help | Your money arrived but needs a moment or a staff member. Don't pay again — contact staff with the reference shown. |
| Refunded | The money went back to your card and the matching credits were removed. |
Step 3 — Convert credits into Cash Points (in game)
- In Prontera, walk into the Digital Portal in the north of town (
prontera 152, 195). Everyone can use it. - You arrive in Digital Prontera. Right next to you stands the Donor Rewards Redeemer (
dprontera 156, 188) with the chat bubble "Redeem Donation". - Talk to her and choose Convert Credits, type how many credits to convert, then Confirm Exchange.
The rate is 1 Donation Credit = 100 Cash Points:

You don't have to convert everything at once: convert only what you need, and the rest stays safely on your account. Choose Check Balance at the NPC any time to see both balances.
Step 4 — Spend your Cash Points
Open the Cash Shop from the in-game menu and pick what you like. Cash Points are shared by all characters on your account.
Good to know
- Converting is final: Cash Points can't be turned back into Donation Credits or money.
- Never pay twice for the same donation. If something looks wrong, check My Donations first, then contact staff with the reference shown there.
- Donations are final once the credits are used. Credits that were converted into Cash Points, spent in the Cash Shop or sent to another player can't be refunded.
- Refunds: a refunded donation removes the credits it gave. If some of them were already used, the matching Cash Points are taken back in game (from the Cash Points you have now and the next ones you get), and credit transfers pause until that's settled.
- Sending credits to a friend: credits from a donation can be sent to another player 60 days after the donation. Converting them into Cash Points for yourself works right away.
- Chargebacks: disputing a donation with your bank removes its credits, takes back the matching Cash Points and locks the account. Please talk to us first — we're happy to help.
- Everything is recorded: My Donations shows each donation, the credits it added and every conversion at the Donor Rewards Redeemer (date, character, Cash Points received).
Questions
I paid but have no credits. Open My Donations: the status tells you exactly what's happening and what to do.
The NPC says I have 0 credits. Make sure you're on the same account you donated with, and that My Donations shows Credits added.
Why can't I send my credits to another player? Credits from a donation can be sent 60 days after the donation. The transfer page shows how many you can send now and when the rest are free.
Can I give Cash Points to a friend? Cash Points stay on your own account and can't be sent to other players.
